I have pursued my Bachelor's Degree from the civil engineering department. On the other hand, I have worked for more than 3 years as an HR Manager and administrative officer in a new railway construction project with the largest Chinese company, CCECC. Moreover, I directly worked with the project manager as a PM coordinator for many aspects of the project to mobilize itself strongly. Where I found a deep interest to be a professional Project manager in the future. My question is how can I go through to be the best in this field? Thank you so much sir for your impressive videos regarding project management.
you can try to become a 'technical project manager'. Try to take certification in PRINCE2 or Scrum type which will benefit with your current knowledge. You have already some experience with managing project which will give you an advantage in the job market.

There is course on Project Management. But there isn’t anything dedicated to construction project management as yet. But pls check in other universities too.
