Thunder consistently had a less out of control Russ early on with Ibaka down low in their primes. Sometimes they had unfortunate injury history, and other times KD didn’t come through in the clutch such as 2014, 2016, and then with the nets. Curry had a comparable cast and actually makes them all better. Including Durant. What was their record again while on warriors when Durant was out ans then when Curry was out ?? Oh that’s right, undoubtedly better with Curry opposed to Durant. He went in, played defense and simply played ball. NEVER doubled. Ever. It was Curry getting the doubles. Durant 1 on 1 all the time? Pffft. We saw them both with comparable squads THIS YEAR go against the same team and had two different outcomes. Even if you argue warriors were better, Curry went off against double teams while Durant couldn’t make a pass out of a double team. You can tell that they don’t watch basketball. Those GSW rings with KD are the same as Kobe and Shaq, MJ Dennis and Scottie, and any other team that won a ring. They won those rings because they had a FULL TEAM. No one can do it alone. Not having basketball knowledge will have you stuck in a basketball argument like this one. When taking about a player, you gotta look at numbers and efficiency, the overall performance of the team is based off TEAM Performance not an individual.
