I know you said single moms, but what about single dads? This is the very first Christmas we have celebrated being a broken family. My mother abandon us completely. I have a younger sister as well. She is 16 and I am 20, we’re living everyday day by day hoping that my dad will be able to celebrate Christmas with us. He is very hard working. My dad works every day Monday through Sunday from 8 to 6 trying to do anything and everything he can to make money to keep food on the table. I also am working very hard to help my dad be able to provide from my sister this Christmas. I am away at school and it breaks my heart knowing that she has no mother. Our mother has been in and out of our lives for the past two years, but this year is the first year it is official. I would do anything to be able to take this burden away from my dad. He is the man that will go pawn his jewelry to make sure my sister and I have food, and are able to put gas in our cars. I understand if you are looking for mothers only, but you would make my family and I’s Christmas if you considered my dad. I wouldn’t even want him to spend the money on us, but rather himself. I understand if their are families that are more in need, I know that happens as well and I just want just like you for this to go to someone deserving. Merry Christmas Jaclyn. I know what you're going thru but from a different perspective. I was a single mom, my kids are just barely over 21 now. My divorce was hard on them and they had an alcoholic dad. I left him when I found out he was abusive to them when he was drunk. He doesn't remember these times. The best thing that helped my kids was having one parent who loved them beyond anything, me, and they had each other. So I'm very happy that you do have a strong father and that your sister has you and you have them. I know it's probably hard on you too. I didn't have much money for Christmas either but I've learned that love and sticking together is what made them grow up to be strong adults. Ladies! Don't feel like you have to buy exactly what she mentions here. Use her list as an inspiration guide. I never had a robe before but after watching her video I decided to get one. The ones she recommended were very expensive so I went to walmart and bought the softest and prettiest robe they had for 18.88$! I wore it last night while casually sitting on the sofa eating hot soup. I enjoyed it so much! By the way, I have the money to buy a robe 10 times more expensive than the ones she mentions here but I choose not to. So those of you who don't have the financial means, you shouldn't feel bad. Enjoy life with the simplest things! Remember, the most amazing things in life are free :)

What I love about Jaclyn is, she has shared small bits of having very little to where she is now. That in its self is inspiring. Jaclyn related constantly to lower priced items and higher end. She said it was to help give ideas, not necessarily the exact gift-even though they were all gorgeous, and I cant imagine any one would turn away any one of the gifts she showed if they were given to them. Jaclyn, your sense of taste is impeccable. I found your videos as a freshman in college while i was looking into hair extensions and found your bellami review and ive been hooked ever since, im a junior now. You taught me that makeup is fun and beautiul and shouldnt be looked at as something you need in order to be or feel beautiful. Im thankful for that. Primark sells really cute reindeer slippers and christmas socks for 5 bucks! They also have really nice scented candles there for about 5-7 euros in really cute packaging. I'm not a big fan of primark but those two things from there are just great and sustainable. Just putting it out there for people who are searching for cheaper alternatives :). H&M's home section also has a ton of cute christmas stuff for fair prices!

I went to the mall yesterday and I got two bags stolen and one was makeup pallets and clothes from Hollister with perfume. All for my high school teenage daughter. I’ve been crying cause I have minimal money to even get that kind of stuff for her. Then I kept thinking of you and your positive attitude about life and the good. Your a huge role model to my daughter and she learns so much from you. She has gotten into makeup because of you. Also her eye brows are extremely good because she watched your videos. What I love about Jaclyn is, she has shared small bits of having very little to where she is now. That in its self is inspiring. Jaclyn related constantly to lower priced items and higher end. She said it was to help give ideas, not necessarily the exact gift-even though they were all gorgeous, and I cant imagine any one would turn away any one of the gifts she showed if they were given to them. Jaclyn, your sense of taste is impeccable. Primark sells really cute reindeer slippers and christmas socks for 5 bucks! They also have really nice scented candles there for about 5-7 euros in really cute packaging. I'm not a big fan of primark but those two things from there are just great and sustainable. Just putting it out there for people who are searching for cheaper alternatives :). H&M's home section also has a ton of cute christmas stuff for fair prices!

I went to the mall yesterday and I got two bags stolen and one was makeup pallets and clothes from Hollister with perfume. All for my high school teenage daughter. I’ve been crying cause I have minimal money to even get that kind of stuff for her. Then I kept thinking of you and your positive attitude about life and the good. Your a huge role model to my daughter and she learns so much from you. She has gotten into makeup because of you. Also her eye brows are extremely good because she watched your videos. Guys, calm down, I never said I was buying it all!! I just go from site to site & add things into my cart😂😂 But, really, a lot of the stuff she talked about wasn't that expensive. I did buy about 5 of the items. The DKNY pants are on sale for $19, those butter socks are amazeballs for $8, the B&B candles are on sale right now, I bought the plaid scarf from Forever 21 for $17.50, the KKW perfume wasn't even that expensive, the Jaclyn & 39A Morphe palettes I already own & LOVE & Im sure I am missing some items.
