Do you need to make some changes for virtual gateway? In your example you add new "HR" address space and subnet. How traffic goes from/to on-prem to HR vnet?
Thanks for sharing.. I am testing connectivity of vnets across central and east regions.. Its working with vnet peering.. Not sure why it works without vpn virtual network gw. can you please explain?
