    1. Organize yourself. "Science is organized knowledge. Wisdom is organized life"
    2. Follow through. Have discipline. Parent yourself. Reward yourself.
    3. Follow universal principles. Use reasoning. Ask yourself "if everyone does what I do, would it be a better world?"
    4. Schedule time for developing your skills.
    5. Make time for the small things. Talking to friends, walking in the park, enjoying social activities.
    6. Make time for your other duties. Behaving nice only when we feel like is morally wrong.
    7. Make time for moral self-development. What can I know? What should I do? What can I hope for?

I don't follow the same routine everyday. That's not how I operate. Thus, I manage my time very well and make good use of calendars. I find what works and that's part of what works for me. Yes, sometimes things occur unscheduled, but I handle accordingly.

We can thank Immanuel Kant for his disciplined effort to bring upon today's world a sense of harmony that I can't appreciate enough. I encourage everyone to keep learning and bring upon the best versions of themselves and help others in needs, so we can make our world better for us and for the newer generations. Let us all learn and teach each other and constantly improve and embrace failures with an open heart, a life of wisdom and joy for everyone.

This video is really very good and actually I am organising my life in a similar structured way as Immanuel Kant, without having been aware of it before. My favourite imperative is “So act that your principle of action might safely be made a law for the whole world”. This is why I have a solid rational reason for doing good things like engaging in environmental protection policies. Moreover I do my daily routine exercises every morning and cook my own fresh vegetables every day instead of gossiping at work. I also totally agree that aesthetic judgement follows from model judgement and that we have the duty also to take care of our families. This is why I visited my sister last weekend after she had had a little heart surgery. Finally I enjoy to learn from other cultures and that’s why I hate narrow minded people.

Kant just had Autism Spectrum Disorder also known as Asperger's and this is how many people with that trait like to organize their lives, they love routine and hate novelty. Kant never left Koningsberg his entire life and would take the exact same walk every day rain or shine. To him I'm sure it was comforting and enjoyable, but to many people this would be torture.

As a German, 67 years of age, I have been following Kant's example to some extent since my time in primary school. Although Prussian discipline has been exploited many times in history, I particularly like Kant's concept of the "categorical imperative", as we call it in German: 'behave as you want all other people around you to behave.'
If you torture someone by waterboarding, don't blame your enemy when he takes similar action to you.

If you go through the vdo 3 four times and think many more times as regards importance of each section then one can realise what's a precious life on earth suppose to be here like that of Kant's. He will continue to influence.

(Extract taken from A Philosophy of Walking by Frédéric Gros.)
    Müller
I have, in any case, a troubled relationship to Kant, because at age ten I read Kant for the first time - my father had that lying around - it was the Metaphysics of Morals. And naturally the first chapter I read was the one on onanism. And that disturbed me deeply, because he considered it completely reprehensible and in every respect the worst and the most undignified thing that exists . . .
    Kluge
    What's his argument for that?
    Müller
    It's against the laws of nature, against God's will . . .
    Kluge
If nature has given human beings the power to procreate, then it's reprehensible not to use it.
    Müller
Exactly, that troubled me deeply at that time. And then I was so happy when, years later, I read an anecdote to the effect that Kant supposedly masturbated once a week, or even more often, on the same oak tree in the park where he always took his walks. That reassured me. And from then on I was no longer very interested in Kant.
    Kluge
    He had been refuted.
    Müller
    He had been refuted, yes.

The basic reason for further energising humanity should be to enrich yourself within and without the interaction of others, you upon them and they upon you. This does not mean authority over one or the other, but lends itself to the idea of humanity itself. The categorical imperative is poorly understood by man, but once, if ever realised, it would easily become the primary principle to a better future for humanity.
Do not be deluded by the false imperative. You must recall and understand the various reasons behind concepts such as duty, obligation, responsibility, liability, or burden as viewed by the subject. To discount such ideas are falsifiable delusions and as such worthless.

On the whole, a very good summary of Kant's ethics, and quite cleverly contextualised for the modern person too, in circumstances Kant would never have dreamed of, and which, on the whole, would probably have horrified him. I do wonder what the mindless music adds, though? It's just a background noise, isn't it? Not really music at all. Consider what Kant would have said about our need to have a ceaseless quasi-musical background going on all the time. Either music is worth listening to, with all your attention--which is definitely not the case here--or else it's better if we just concentrate on the words spoken. Otherwise that sentimental, bland noise just distracts us.

“One of the great German philosophers, Immanuel Kant, even dropped the idea that you can see things as they are in themselves, because he had no way of knowing meditatively. He was a great mind - but the greater the mind, the greater the difficulty of seeing clearly. Your mind grabs every information that reaches to you, screens it, sorts out whatever is adjustable with your existing knowledge, allows it, and whatever is going to disturb your mind - anything new, unfamiliar, a stranger - it rejects.
It is said of Immanuel Kant, one of the greatest systematizers, that one girl proposed to him. In the first place it is bad that the girl should propose, it is always the boy who proposes. But the girl must have waited and waited and Kant wouldn’t propose; the idea never occurred to him. He was so much rooted in his head, the heart was denied. So the girl, feeling too much time had been lost, proposed.
Kant said, “I will think it over.” How can you think about love? Either it is there or not. It is not a question to be solved, it is a situation to respond to. Either your heart says yes or your heart says no and it is finished. What will you think? It is not a business proposal. But it was a business proposal to Kant. Too much head-orientation makes everything businesslike. So he thought, and he not only thought, he went to the library and concentrated on the books about love, marriage. Then he noted down in his notebook all that was in favor of marriage and all that was against. And he thought and thought and thought, and it is said that weighing the pros and cons, he decided in favor of marriage because a few points were more in favor than against. So it was a logical decision.
Then he went and knocked at the girl’s door, and the father said, “She is already married and a mother of three children. So much time passed… you come a little late.”
Time is needed for the mind. The mind is always late because time will be needed and the situation will be lost. And when you knock at the door, the girl has moved - she is already a mother of three children. And this is happening every moment. Remember, a situation is there, so act, don’t think, because if you think the situation will not wait for you. The girl will have moved. And when you are ready to respond there will be nothing to respond to. Kant was ready, but the mind takes time and situations are moving. Life is a flow, a flux, it is not static; otherwise the mind would have found the answer. If the girl had remained…. But the girl was getting old, she was missing life. She could not wait, she had to move, make a decision.
Life is not static. If life were static there would be no need for meditation. The mind would do. Then you could think, and whenever, after many lives, you knocked at the door, the girl would be waiting for you. But life is a flux, a movement. Every moment it is changing and becoming new. If you miss a moment, you have missed."

Not clear to what extent the video is about Kant and what about motivational ideas.
In this video it sounds if Kant is all about productivity, which I can not imagine.
The title should be: " What we can learn from Immanuel Kant to be more productive in life"

    Emmanuel Kant's time-extended life….
His reasoning about and pursuing morality may cause confusion and lead to confounding in some. For example: how do you reconcile the talks and actual practices of understanding diametrically opposed cultures and values - the current Russian-Ukrainian war stemming from the incompatibility of capitalism and communism, the contradiction between individual freedom and the collective rights of the state - the same dilemma that the CCP face, but wish to ignore?

The biggest irony in this video is that the most business people do their "craft" just to get promotions, bigger salaries, and bigger social status. Without pursuing them, there remains no other craft for them to pursue.

Managing time changed since the 18th century because the number of the population changed increased. How we manage time depends on how many people are in our way. It was easier to transfer facilities in 18th century than in 21st century.
