Although it is a good source of entertainment, doing exercise that is considered heavy, because it involves body weight, when your body is cold is not a good idea. It can cause shoulder injuries and after that it is all downhill from there. I would recommend doing some exercise that does not have as much impact even if your body is not warmed up, such as squats or jumping jacks. Or, count how many times you died and make a vlog of yourself riding a bike, 2km per death or even swimming to present your daily live to the public (if you swim, ofc). Now, if you still want to do the push-ups, use something like a second skin and warm up before the stream enough so that your body is warm/sweaty and wear a coat over it to maintain the temperature for as long as possible. I know I sound boring and I'm not a physical therapy professional, it's just advice from someone who's been hurt.
