you should have seen Mont Choisy 20 years ago, probably the most beautiful beach in the world, now with erosion its just a shell of its former self, i am happy to have been able to enjoy such a beauty in my teenage years yet sad my children wont see how beautiful it was back then
Hari! Personally I love Lemorne Beach but not this part with kitesurfing but on the right from public beach you can walk there for more than two kilometres and there's no many people there, Clear Water and lots of color fishes to Watch.. The walk to Lemorne Brabant is also exceptional. All the best to you.
love your africa exposure. However I can't wait for more mountain vids in Switzerland (I live by the beach and escape by looking at the mountains...I know I know, human beings are never satisfied ha)
All beaches are public by law and Mauritius is somewhat conservative culturally so probably not. But I’m sure there’s a resort somewhere that’ll let you be nude, just might be expensive and not super close to the water
Really sad, that the hotels took the best parts of the beaches. On Seychelles all beaches belongs to the public and you can use them without staying in the hotels.
Mauritius is no longer a paradise. Too many hotels, corruption is rife, getting ripped off all the time. Public beaches are filthy the govt only encourage rich tourists, making most Mauritians extreme consumerists and sadly not such nice people. The landscape is beautiful and the food amazing, but there are more beautiful places to visit in the world for a lot less.
Good idea :-) - unfortunately we made a different experience. You can walk past the ressort beaches - but when you want to sit down (not on a chair, just in the sand), you will be chased away.
Public at beaches is the crowns land even at private properties, but beyond the high water line owners can treat you as trespassers. A lot of plates with important notices about this fact we found nowadays.
You keep saying as a non guest you can not enter the resorts. This is not true for mauritians. If you are a resident of Mauritius , by law, resorts HAVE to let you in.The beaches can not be private.
More exactly the crowns land can not private property, that's the part of the beach between high and low water line. Private properties begin beyond high water line and this parts of the beach are claimed by hotels or home owners and they treat you as trespassers If you are no guest, even if you are a mauritian.
Hi, i was in mauritius 2 weeks ago and i disagree with your top beaches. How.come you did not include ils.aux cerfs.peivate beach? And btw flic en flac is my favourite beach especially with the view of the le morne. Indeed, this is a subjective top 12
Mon Choisy and Le Morne
It`s looks like how beautiful the beach is is depends on how many people are on them with idea less people better beach which is not necessary true

Anse la raie beach the best...it's so beautiful and peace of mind and it's more privacy...not so much crowded...love this one😊

So Mauritius
This is great, love this video. Which side of Mauritius is warmer?
I would say the north, but there is not much difference.
Which of the beaches is your favorite one? Share here with us.
One of the best beaches or the most beautiful public beach is Belle Mare, which is on th east coast of the island. I recommend you also Ile aux Cerfs.
@@DannySowanyuen Thanks, we will check them out next time! 🤩
@DannySowanyuen thank you. Your recommendation for public beaches close to Port Louis please

So true - the grass is always greener on the other side. But more mountains are coming.... it's in the making.
Very negative people stop criticism if you like don't go simple
Hi Best Bearches
Are there any nude spots on any of the beaches in Mauritius?
All beaches are public by law and Mauritius is somewhat conservative culturally so probably not. But I’m sure there’s a resort somewhere that’ll let you be nude, just might be expensive and not super close to the water
And Trou aux biches?
Did not make it on our list. Was too crowded.
Which time of the year have you been in Mauritius?
We have been there in december

Oh, thats amazing!🌴
Belle Mare ?
Nice beach but did not make it to our favourites

All beaches in Mauritius are public. Next time you go remind the hotels on Le Morne of this

That is nice. But unfortunately as foreigners, we can swim there but not sit down. We were chased away.

Yes, they are saying that because obviously they are not Mauritian residents. I think that’s pretty obvious. Unlike the Seychelles.

Each one has his/her favourites. Otherwise life would be boring 💛
They actually did say that they did not visit beaches on the east side.
@@SaffaGreg so do not write as a title. Top beaches of mauritius
