Damn, I thought we were safe from the strike. The trailers, sure, but the game itself has seemingly been fine. I hope this isn’t still a problem when 3.0 comes out in January. AI sucks, and I hope the recording studios get what’s coming to them.
@ Well, they could’ve recorded in different sessions. Hmm. It’s weird, but hopefully it’s fixed later. They should just let the VA’s record in a soundproofed room in their home if this is a bigger issue soon.
@@matthewmspace But they won't have access to the same equipment the studio has. They won't have the recording engineers to help them if something goes wrong. Plus what if they live in an apartment? Legally you can't make any major changes without permission of the landlord.
Or... they could switch to a new studio that actually respects the voice actors and keep the same VAs? It wouldn't be the same if they just switched voice actors
If they did that, mostly everyone will stop playing Hoyo games as this is an issue with Genshin too. 4 of the people on strike have been in SR since the beginning and replacing them won't be the same at all, it would ruin the whole vibe of the game. Replacing VAs isn't gonna help the situation, it might even make it worse. The VAs are on strike for a valid reason, if I were a VA I wouldn't be ok with my voice training an AI. Firing VAs who refuse to let their voice train an AI isn't going to fix the problem nor is replacing them. At that point, just make the whole game voiced by AI and see how well that works out
the VAs did not refuse to work for 2.7. The studio which was responsible for voicelines of Robin, Himeko and Dan Heng failed to deliver the recorded voicelines on the agreed schedule. Hoyo also said that they will add the voicelines at the later date
Man when Robin Said " ". I fucking Cried this was truly the Honkai Star Rail
LMAO
Speechless
Truly one of the moments of all time.
LMAOOOO I hope she gets voice acted soon because they said she wasnt voiced due to scheduling conflicts with her VA
😭😭
Xipe : "....your voice validity will expire in 2.7, please renew your subscription to enjoy uninterrupted services."
EN Robin : "🗣️........."

I don't think it's because of the strike. She was in his "Keeping Up with Star Rail" video.

@@9Tailsfan I dunno, but the actors did it with full motion capture at home for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for a whole campaign.
@@9Tailsfan That didn't stop people in 2020
I really hope there’s an achievement when you have these two together after doing a battle
There is!
Can confirm! If you win one battle with the two of them you get an achievement.
Yeah i just got it
I WANT ROBINS VOICE BACKK
Fun fact, you get to get an achievement for having these two on the same team and winning with them but it’s pretty obvious
Red from Pokemon be like: 0:17

Sooo…is English Robin also on strike? Along with Himeko and Dan Heng?
Andddd stelle.
Patch notes says scheduling issues. Robin voiced in his Keeping Up With Star Rail
My dumbass really wondered why Robin didn’t have a voice line with Sunday 💀
0:17 me: D'OH!

That y we dont use eng dub yo. Too many shenanigans happening from their side 😂
i had to take my glasses off
I'll wait until Robin EN voicelines get added to play the main quest
sunday is doing me bad with this hard pity thing
Something about a car.. Which one, altima, sentra, 300z?
as someone who never use English voice-overs, WIN
En making it seems like Sunday is a lone siscon when the OG also have Robin as a brocon, truly an L
Eww, subbed.
They truly need to fire all the VAs who refused to work.
