  • I tried not to put egg to my Puto and instead of melted margarine i use vegetable oil to achieve the color white texture of my Puto Bigas.I make double quantity for my reseller. If you want to try this recipe for Business,just make double quantity... Make sure that the rice,you soaked it overnight...Hope you enjoy my video.
    PUTO BIGAS Recipe (One quantity)
    Ingredients:
    1/2 kg or 2 cups bigas (dinorado rice)
    1 cup white Sugar
    2 tbsp baking powder
    2 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 tbsp Pandan Essence
    yield : 30 pcs
    material : medium molder

      The more na, na over cooked,mas maganda... ang puto bigas para wala syang mga grains na makakagat kc nga binabad na bigas yan at ndi flour...kc kung rice flour ang ginamit,papangit na texture pag na over cook kc tititgas sya.
