Steve I love how you mentioned " I drilled through the bottom as my preference " 350 times so you'll limit your you tube trolls from explaining to you what the directions say lol. Great video buddy. Thanks
Another great video. I like that you make people feel comfortable with drilling on their plastics! Looks good. I’m a fan of more and more lights to grab other driver attention.
Hey Clinton! Yes sir, its not too bad...I understand the first few times I drilled or cut on my bags I was a nervous wreck but ive done so many now that I just grab it and start drilling lol never had an issue with paint cracking or any other mishap...the surrounding paint is pretty tough. And yes...LED's are a must, in my opinion on any motorcycle.
Hey Steve! So good to see you doing another instructional video. Man, you are The Best! I bought my first motorcycle ever earlier this year; a 2015 Road Glide Special. It looked so 'square' when I first bought it. Man, I knew NOTHING about motorcycles. I was afraid at first to get down and work on my bike. But watching your videos on UA-cam has given me the confidence to work on my bike. Also Advan Black has scored; I've spent several hundred dollars on custom accessories. My two favorite pieces are the stretched gas tank covers and the stretched side panels. Thank you for your dedication to the Harley Davidson Touring community.
Hey Victor...thank you for the kind words my friend! Im glad that I could help you there! It just takes some confidence and some basic tools and you can wrench on these.
This instruction video is awesome. Greta tips and tricks for the light installation. I like the idea of drilling through the bottom of the tour pack, looks very clean.
I appreciate the fact right from the get-go you point out this can fit a Advanblack 2014 or newer tour pack and not wait till half way through the video to mention that. 👍
Hey Joe, Right on! Yes I wanted to clear that up front because I knew people would ask, will it fit this? will it fit that? and Ciro made it very clear what it fits.
That. Is. Awesome!! This is now on my list. 1st time seeing a post from you. Great help, thank you...but, if you do the rallys, I would still pay you to do such a great job! Rubber down, my friend

Great video, thank you! Got an Advanblack King Tour Pack for my Indian Challenger. Now to see if it will plug and play. Popular light, they are out of stock.
Hey DED...yeah I know.. it's a bummer that the 13 and down don't like LEDs and need all sorts of load equalizers to work properly..hopefully, someone will get it figured out and make it more streamlined and easy for the end-user to install and run LEDs on those bikes.
Head's up Trikers! So, after two lights and a replacement (troubleshooting) Y-harness from CIRO, I am finally up and running. Be aware that the Y-harness does not connect to the black plug jack as demonstrated in some of these installation videos. The plug jack you need to use is in the rear just in front of the tour pack on my 2022 Trike. I am not sure if this is true for earlier year Trikes. Ciro tech mentioned that it may be by the suspension adjustment. On mine there was a plug jack there but it was the grey one and not the black which is a different sized plug anyway. Hopefully this helps out Trikers. Thanks for the video SIK. The tips for the 5 wires helped. Stay safe!😁
Thank you for the heads up Brent! Just saw this as youtube stuck it in my "held for review" for some dumb reason...but thats great info and thank you for sharing it!
yeah most light wont come color matched but rather chrome or black...but at the end of the day it lined up nice and installed very easy...and sure adds some much needed light back there.
Hi, very great video... I have a question: my tour pack is detachables.. when i leave it, what can I do for the wires connected directly under the seat.. there would need a connector just outside under the tour pack.. there is way to solve this problem???
So much for the quick release , now theTour Pack is thethered to the bike . Other than that , thanks for the video , very well done and you make it look so easy which builds my confidence on other installs , drilling hoes , making wiring plugs etc .
yeah, anything you attach to the tour pack is going to tether it to the bike but the plugs ciro has are quick release once you have them pinned. It's just another step to loosen the seat bolt and unclip it and then remove your tour pack. Glad the videos have helped!
Thanks for checking it out Chris...Im actually waiting on my Advanblack Smoked light to get here to install it with this light. I think it will look much more streamline with both rather than just the one.
Thanks Steve. I was wondering if the turn signal wire can be disconnected without any faults or errors due to the turn light being red and not amber which in some countries by law have to be amber only. Unless of course Ciro can change the color. Thanks.
I dont think it will throw any codes because you are just daisy chaining the lights so you still have power and turn runnign to your main lights. You should be just fine.
Hey Steve. I have a question. What do you do if you have the CD magic strobe already installed for your other lights on your bags and filler panels. How do you wire this up?
Hey Scott...super easy..Since this has kind of the same thing built into it you definitely dont want to run the magic strobe through it. The magic strobe is just an in line connection. You connected your brake box in between the connections under your seat to your main rear lights. So the power goes through the brake box and then goes to your lights. If you ad this you will ad it before the brake box. So power from the bike, through the splitter for this light, then through the brake box and back to your main lights in the rear. Anything you in the harness before the box will not be affected by the box. Anything you connect after the brake box will do what the brake box tells it to do. Think of it as one big line of harness from the bike to the rear lights and you have access to install things in that line. This one should be install at the biggening of that line and brake box after that. All of these lights have splitters, one side in and one side out. I really hope that helps...if not let me know and maybe I can shoot a short video of it somehow
yes what Marc said..you can always run LED's of other brands together however if it is the brake box that you are talking about it will need to be installed before the brake box so this light doesnt flash. That is what the lightstrike technology is...it does the flashing all controlled through the app.
i like this idea. i used to run an LED third brake light off a chevy astro van attached to the bottom of my '07 trunks. that no longer fits on the '19 one i have now. i have the custom dynamics box that allows me to have the run/brake aspect on my signals well as the multi flash on the brakes. (this is a Canadian bike and there might be some difference in the harness, i would have to check. ) i don't want 2 different types of flashes happening. if i leave it to just normal on/off, can i plug it in after the custom dynamics box and would that control the flashing?
Im guessing if you can paint it without disassembling anything you can...There is really no way to disassemble this but rather mask it off and then paint it.
Hey....!! I have a street glide 2015 the I add a trunk from a fried, i would like to know if the wire harnesses will work on this bike so I can order thx.
Hey Steve, Question: Will this Streak tour pack light be able to work in in conjunction with the Advanblack Reaper tour pack light and still be able to only have one wire to come out from under the tour pack to connect under the seat? So in other words, would it be able to daisy chain Ciro with Advanblack inside the tour pack under the liner? I would also be super stoked if that power animation could work on both lights if connected in the proper order. Thanks in advance.
Yeah 13 and down dont like to play with LEDs very well needing load equalizers and such to make them run properly. Hopefully someone will figure it out and make it more streamline for the end user to use and install.
