I do wonder how we're supposed to get traits on wyverns and drakes, considering you don't tame wild ones. Do the wild eggs actually inherit the traits of the wild drakes that spawned them? Do reaper kings inherit them from their mothers? Gonna be interesting to see how this stuff fleshes out in the future.
Also, the trait that basilisk had is INSANE for soakers. And supposedly you can stack a trait 5 times??? Almost 40% damage reduction on an imprinted stego with a good saddle would be almost as nuts as a 5x vampiric giga
It will only show you dinos with a level up to your level plus like 15 levels. So if your 100 then it'll only show up to lvl 115. Also are you In single player? I found that single player is now working idk why yet though
@@joshuasimmons571 yeah I'm in single player and level 103 , after that I went down to blue and found a lvl 90 so idk doesn't surprise me that it's broken tho
@haidenogle3069 yea idk what's up with it on single player, I just wanted to test it out and couldn't track dinos on single player, crafted it on official servers and it works fine idk lol
Follow up: LOL, LOL! I got off work, logged in and made this. Tracked a Gigantoraptor across the map. Remembered to try ovis and.... "No applicable creature found on the Ark within your level." It's true! There is no sheep on the Island map. It's true!

Upgrading it can allow you to find higher levels.
Upgrading how? Blueprint?
@@ChrisOnRockyTop I upgraded it using the upgrade station mod. Its possible that you might find one in a drop.

Unfortunately, in singleplayer this only works for creatures that have already spawned in view distance.
