Probably you know it already but still. you go to the commissary -> crystal dust store (scroll down) -> buy fine aesperia gift -> go to inventory -> use the gift -> click the tool set. i think that should help. atleast for others that may see this.

So they only spawn at 1 place? Should've killed the lanky one that I found earlier lol. I thought it was just a regular aberrant mob that's why I ignored it. Thanks for the guide still!

there's always a key card to pick up I would just go back a couple steps in the video
What if I didnt pick any keycard after defeating 3 aberrant? Will I get the keycard again after defeating any aberrant?
So what if none of them spawns? Do I just sit and wait or how does that work
you can switch channels and see if that will help. or try to find some other activities and keep checking every so often
