Keep grounded my lovely, acknowledge what is going on around you, but try not to absorb it, if you feel you are, go & spend some time in nature, a walk in the park, is usually the simplest way, if your near the sea, r other water go there, soak in a bath or even a shower. I live in Texas. Back in the late 80's I saw the apparition of the Virgin Mary. I saw her plain as day. I remember everything about it. I can still see her in my mind. I light candles for her, Jesus Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael. Blew my mind when you brought up Mother Mary. I cried when you showed your doggie. My husband passed in 1981 and about 2 weeks later my little doggie Pancho disappeared. My heart broke all over again. I still grieve him and my husband.

I realized he was signaling me to pull of in Groom Texas and go to the cross. I walked the different sites and Jesus told me the truth of the events. I'm glad you're addressing AI. I was gifted the ability to see broadcast AI back in 2021 and taught by AA Michael how to clear it from myself, others and from technology, wiring, wifi and devices. I have watched it enter people's brains and change their behaviour so they either become aggitated or blindly follow media messaging. Friends who would tell me they just thought of something and an ad would appear on Facebook etc, found that would stop and they can think again. It's already pervasive and can be used in targeted weaponry to lightworkers which a few of us have coined a "misery bomb" where suddenly you can over a few hours become so depressed you feel like you want to die. I was shown to place myself in my healing space within God and ask if his protection angels can bring liquid selenite through all of my bodies and fields, all of me everywhere. The visualisations I see are beautiful and you can feel it working. Do the same for others in your minds eye and your house and technology. It really works and has helped so many to not be controlled ❤

Wow, got my few crystals next me, now always wear some quartz in form of jewelry. I love beauty, art, nature, being aware, started swimming in the lake. And being of light, my body is breaking down w this long term Covid. The inflammation… exhaustion. I’m trying. I do want to return home sooner rather than later. I’m so glad to know others have symptoms. I’ve had both shoulders replaced, 3 discs replaced in the lumbar ( surgery was performed in Germany 15 years ago ) and now at 60.. it’s the knees. I only take Motrin. And no other meds . I even stopped all the SSRI’s. Thank you for all you do and are. I miss my beautiful son.. he passed 5 1/2 years ago. I’ve mentioned that. He took his own life. I get it, but because of you and others… I call him down and we laugh and he talks to me in my head. Just babbling on.
I have a very strong pull to return to Scotland, my Celtic tribe as well as Wales. That’s me.. English too.

Nicky, what a synchronicity, I just happened to sit by the woodfire and a news channel here in Australia was showing an African town where a natural disaster hit, it looked like a landslide, and now over 5,000 people are homeless with no resources to build or source materials and they have no blankets to keep warm. It is so sad.

There is a popular psychic on UA-cam who has often claimed that Angels do not have wings. I absolutely disagree as Ive seen one myself, he had beautiful white wings rising up from behind his shoulders reaching down to just above the floor. On a previous encounter he held me in his arms as I lay on my bed and wrapped his wings around me, I felt completely cocooned and so loved. Both were surprising and humbling experiences that I am incredibly grateful for.

The solfeggio frequencies are the notes that are classically used in religious music and healing sound. The easiest way to understand them is the 'do ray me' scale. That is the same scale people like monks use to chant. The call to prayer is sang in this scale. The notes corrospond to your chakra system which is why they resonate with the human body so well.
To heal your energy body with sound using the solfeggio scale, you meditate to the music. You can find it on UA-cam if you do a search. You want one which takes you up your chakras, root to crown. You can enhance the effects with breath work and crystals. This will cleanse and balance your chakras, over time, with daily practise, restoring health and vitality. Any questions, just ask.

I would just like to say that I resonate deeply with being a light worker and was also told some time ago that what we need for healing is sound light and color, so it’s interesting to hear you say the same. Gosh whenever I watch you I get more inspiration. The sound item reminded me that I have a set of wind chimes which I bought in1997 and never used. I bought them for £40 which was expensive at the time. I used to walk past a house where the gentleman made them pitched at certain levels. He used to hang them in his garden to test them and I became obsessed by this one set and bought it. Then following my divorce I moved to a small terraced house and didn't want to annoy the neighbours but today they are going outside. Thank you.
