The reason why the Leafs player didn't get discipline from the league is because it WAS IN NO WAY INTENTIONAL!!! How you can determine it was is beyond me! Jeez Laine was doing the splits gliding down the ice and the Leafs player tried to interfere in his path but the knee on knee was 100% unintentional. You know as I do with a fine to the Habs player had they thought the Leafs player tried to hurt Laine in the preseason and who I might add isn't in the NHL they wouldn't of hesitated throwing the book of discipline at him! Get your facts right! Let me guess you are a Leafs hater, Habs or senators fan?????
I didn't see it as a dirty hit either. Yes the hit was to Laine's knee but Pare was not targeting knee to knee contact he was trying to get in his way.

I can see where u are coming from, but I totally disagree with you, arber has no right to do that that’s a goon league move and, doesn’t belong in the NHL. He should’ve been suspended 10 games plus. It is comparable to the Burtuzzi incident. Stuff like that doesn’t belong in the league it’s goon league. Knee on knee was unfortunate but not dirty. And that’s been happening a lot the past year. You know what hasn’t been happening someone getting getting jumped and mugged. Because players better than to do that.
Goalies are like NFL running backs and they have no business being overpaid. Both Swayman and Igor are morons not playoff difference makers. They are not Patrick Roy they are Carey overpaid Price. Trade Igor to the Leafs for Marner and Knies. Trade Gabe Perreault and Kappo Kakko to the Pens for Jarry. Problems fixed.
