As a Palestinian iam so proud , best mixtures, the buttery flavor from kunafa , and the cool milky from kullfi is just perfect , i suggest can mix the milk and kunafa together before freezing then after freezing add some pistachios on top with some sugar syrup , and in Palestine specially in the summer we eat Arabic ice cream with kunaffa

This needs to be served on a plate. Take a giant scoop of kulfi, top it with a crispy kanafeh disc, already fried and laced with syrup. Top that up with pistachios and just before serving drizzle hot syrup around the kulfi and on top of it
