Using a lower resolution for the screen recordings makes the video very easy on the eyes. And using that zoom to highlight what Paul is doing in the mixer, is a really nice touch and helps in following what Paul is doing! Thanks Spitfire video team!
Another wonderful tips and tricks tutorial by Paul. These are extremely informative and helpful. Also, I would love to see a mic-merge feature (like OT) to reduce disk and CPU load. Thank you!
Abbey Road Orchestra with Low and High Percussion are actually good together, although if I have money enough, I would buy them and use it for fun, it's indeed a realistic percussion that I've been waiting for.
I wonder if it ever makes sense (or if it's even possible) to use alternative MIDI controllers, like electronic drum pads, when using Spitfire Audio's ARO percussion.
Seems there is no clear consensus on whether drum pads are an advantage. I've become convinced that a MIDI breath controller is an excellent way to modify wind and brass instruments, and maybe strings. But my mind is not settled whether I should also buy drum pads for certain percussion instruments.
I work with Maschine MK3 drum pads, and it is hyper reactive. Native Instruments also has a protocol called NKS, that allows Spitfire audio virtual instruments (or almost any VI) to be layered automatically on the MK3 controller. Lots of fun
Let us know your top tips when using percussion or creating tension?

Grabbed Low Percussion in the latest sale. Wish I had gotten High Percussion in the intro!
Percussion, especially for trailers, is 50 percent production! Using mic selection over reverb is something I should try to do more often.
Let’s go!

Totally! Especially since those drum pads will most certainly be sensitive to velocity.
@@Chancholoraq I've got drum pads that can be assigned to notes, and they work, but I honestly stick to keys lol
