You're right about the low attendance in the match. We got our tickets just the night before from a local family. They mentioned many locals bought the tix in hopes of reselling them, but many couldn't. In terms if the hurricane, well, it was the first ever hurricane of this magnitude hit Barbados, that too in June. Venues are finalized months, even year in advance. This hurricane became much stronger only a couple of days before, from cat 3 to 4 in literally a day. We were stuck too but kudos to the gov of Barbados; they managed the situation so well. There was no panic, they implemented a curfew at 9pm the night before (hurricane approached at 11pm with the major hit at sunrise). No one believed it would hit because the geographical location of Barbados is such that the storms bypass it. Also, Kensington Oval is the largest stadium in the Caribbean; whenever WI hosts a world cup, the final is always here. In other words, the venue could not have been changed. It's not just the match tix; it's the hotels and flights too. Everything was sold out since Jan. We know because we booked it all months in advance. Also, there wasn't any shortage of food. People stocked up a day in advance; their government was very organized and there was no sense of panic. They reopened the airport today and all flights were running smoothly; no chaos at the airport either.

It's a parallax effect btwn the spike of sky, the grass and the bottom of the cushion (white line). If you watch full vedio and zoom from both angle it's some grass plugged out and comes off in front of white line of blue cloth (cushion). More clear from RHS angle.
