It's not just Kensington. When I was flying fpv the other day in south Philly I flew over asphalt most of the time so when if crashed I could find my quad even though it sustain much more damage hitting asphalt. If I landed in the weedy area around the parking lot I would never find it mixed in with all the trash. Everywhere you look in the city there is trash except the center city district. City council has teams out in the center city district picking up trash and pressure washing the human feces off the sidewalks, everywhere else is just trash, feces and beggars. I'm in Philly 3 times a week when I take my kid to the university, she doesn't drive. There's a free parking lot where I sit and wait for my kid to finish class. Yesterday there was a couple in the lot sorting though their belongings, two pickup truck loads of junk. Today a pile of garbage (papers, tires, broken speakers, etc., etc.) they didn't want was all over the parking lot. Now all the semi dirty people (the few that aren't hooked on dope) from Philly are moving to my area to escape the zombies and delusional leftist mentality. Now I'm constantly picking up beer and soda cans, water bottles, papers and anything else they just throw out the window as they drive by. I've lived in this township since 1986 and never had this problem until the last 5 years when the all the houses sold in my area had PA tags on the vehicles on the new "owners". One day there was a stolen car left in front of my house, one of the slobs just pulled over and walked away. it sat there for a month with an abandoned sign on it. These delusional democrats let the entire city turn into a circus full of mental illness and drugs. Mini bikes and motor cycles with no tags or insurance zip around all parts of the city all day and night, junkies shooting up on corners, people dumping trash and garbage, people take a dump on the subway steps, they take dumps on other peoples doorstep, they take a dump on the sidewalks etc. and the cops aren't allowed to do anything but pick up the dead bodies. Where all the pretzel vendors use to stand you now have beggars with carboard signs. Some corners with 4 way stops have one beggar for each direction. Some of the beggars don't even stand up, they just sit in front of convenience stores with a cardboard sign. Don't get me wrong, most people in Philly act fairly nice, they say thank you when you give them money for doing nothing, hold the door when you're walking into Wawa, then they take a dump on your front step or dump trash on the street. I'll have a for sale sign up on the lawn this spring. I do not want to live around these pigs. Philly in it's entirety is a shithole full of dirt bags and now they are invading the suburbs.

My next move will be the final move, thousands of miles to any area that has the least chance of leftist takeover and much lower humidity. What is that state doing actually not doing. If you see somebody doing drugs arrest them if they're polluting arrest them. If they want them there put garbage bins so they could toss the trash. The detectives got out of the vehicle, pulled out their weapons and ordered the gunman to surrender, police said. The suspect, a 28-year-old man, then allegedly fired at the detectives who fired back and shot him multiple times. The suspect then fled the scene and managed to escape as the detectives chased after him. A SEPTA lieutenant who happened to be less than a block away from the shooting took the victim to Temple University Hospital. The victim was later pronounced dead. The suspect later arrived at Temple University Hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was listed in critical condition. None of the detectives involved in the shooting were injured. SEPTA Police Chief Thomas Nestel said both detectives will be placed on administrative leave as the investigation continues. “Our process is to place officers on administrative leave. Provide psychological assistance. Get them an opportunity to talk to a crisis response team,” Chief Nestel said. “I mean, being involved in a shooting is a traumatic event, especially when somebody is trying to kill you.” He also said that criminals are becoming more brazen despite police in the area. "Between the Philadelphia police and the transit police, this block is never left without police officers," Nestel said. It is hard to imagine that this is the United States now. Like the Fourth World countries, the slums in India are cleaner than the streets here.
It's not just Kensington. When I was flying fpv the other day in south Philly I flew over asphalt most of the time so when if crashed I could find my quad even though it sustain much more damage hitting asphalt. If I landed in the weedy area around the parking lot I would never find it mixed in with all the trash. Everywhere you look in the city there is trash except the center city district. City council has teams out in the center city district picking up trash and pressure washing the human feces off the sidewalks, everywhere else is just trash, feces and beggars.
I'm in Philly 3 times a week when I take my kid to the university, she doesn't drive. There's a free parking lot where I sit and wait for my kid to finish class. Yesterday there was a couple in the lot sorting though their belongings, two pickup truck loads of junk. Today a pile of garbage (papers, tires, broken speakers, etc., etc.) they didn't want was all over the parking lot. Now all the semi dirty people (the few that aren't hooked on dope) from Philly are moving to my area to escape the zombies and delusional leftist mentality. Now I'm constantly picking up beer and soda cans, water bottles, papers and anything else they just throw out the window as they drive by. I've lived in this township since 1986 and never had this problem until the last 5 years when the all the houses sold in my area had PA tags on the vehicles on the new "owners". One day there was a stolen car left in front of my house, one of the slobs just pulled over and walked away. it sat there for a month with an abandoned sign on it. These delusional democrats let the entire city turn into a circus full of mental illness and drugs. Mini bikes and motor cycles with no tags or insurance zip around all parts of the city all day and night, junkies shooting up on corners, people dumping trash and garbage, people take a dump on the subway steps, they take dumps on other peoples doorstep, they take a dump on the sidewalks etc. and the cops aren't allowed to do anything but pick up the dead bodies. Where all the pretzel vendors use to stand you now have beggars with carboard signs. Some corners with 4 way stops have one beggar for each direction. Some of the beggars don't even stand up, they just sit in front of convenience stores with a cardboard sign. Don't get me wrong, most people in Philly act fairly nice, they say thank you when you give them money for doing nothing, hold the door when you're walking into Wawa, then they take a dump on your front step or dump trash on the street.
I'll have a for sale sign up on the lawn this spring. I do not want to live around these pigs. Philly in it's entirety is a shithole full of dirt bags and now they are invading the suburbs.

My next move will be the final move, thousands of miles to any area that has the least chance of leftist takeover and much lower humidity. I was thinking suburban Boise (Meridian or Nampa) but now the area is overrun with leftists escaping the high taxes and insanity of CA.
Even if I end up chopping wood for heat in Laramie, WY I would at least be at peace and not have leftists attacking my freedoms 24/7.

When I was in high school, I was studying engineering(electronics). Being in audio / visual dept., I voluntarily showed school students the graphic dangers of drugs, addiction and STDs, showing projector video films. I did this in my spare time continuously while I was there.

What is that state doing actually not doing. If you see somebody doing drugs arrest them if they're polluting arrest them. If they want them there put garbage bins so they could toss the trash. It's sick the politicians treat people who needs help and they don't want help arrest them. I image there are hundreds more living in that area wanting cleaner streets and not afraid to step on a needle simply going to school or back home. Clean it up! or clear it out!
The Philly cops aren't allowed to arrest those people or the dealers. Don't forget, they are all victims according to good ol Larry Krasner, Kenney and the Philly city council. When you have a city full of low class dirt bags they elect criminal supporting politicians, judges and DA. The murder rate in Philly for 2020 was higher than the south American countries that illegals are supposedly leaving to be safe. Apparently the police also aren't allow to do anything about the mobs (a hundred or so) of "you know who" that ride down Market street at 7pm on bicycles with no lights wearing dark clothing playing chicken with oncoming traffic, of the gangs of motorcycles (unregistered and uninsured) riding on one wheel down Broad street between the east and west bound traffic. They do all of this right in front of the police and CC cameras but LE and politicians just ignore it just like they ignore the hundreds of homeless living on the piers along the Delaware river.

SEPTA Police Shoot Gunman Who Killed Man in Kensington, Officials Say
The shooting occurred near Allegheny Station on Kensington Avenue and Clementine Streets on Wednesday around 3:45 p.m.
A suspected gunman is in critical condition after he killed another man and then shot at two SEPTA police officers who returned fire, investigators said.
Around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, two transit police detectives were inside an unmarked vehicle driving northbound when they witnessed a gunman shooting another man along the 3100 block of Kensington Avenue, according to investigators.
The detectives got out of the vehicle, pulled out their weapons and ordered the gunman to surrender, police said. The suspect, a 28-year-old man, then allegedly fired at the detectives who fired back and shot him multiple times. The suspect then fled the scene and managed to escape as the detectives chased after him.
A SEPTA lieutenant who happened to be less than a block away from the shooting took the victim to Temple University Hospital. The victim was later pronounced dead.
The suspect later arrived at Temple University Hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was listed in critical condition. None of the detectives involved in the shooting were injured. SEPTA Police Chief Thomas Nestel said both detectives will be placed on administrative leave as the investigation continues.
“Our process is to place officers on administrative leave. Provide psychological assistance. Get them an opportunity to talk to a crisis response team,” Chief Nestel said. “I mean, being involved in a shooting is a traumatic event, especially when somebody is trying to kill you.”
He also said that criminals are becoming more brazen despite police in the area.
"Between the Philadelphia police and the transit police, this block is never left without police officers," Nestel said. "There are police officers here all of the time and these bad guys don't care."
