Seemed to be a fast touchdown, which along with the flaps ATC warning would indicate possible hydraulic/electrical issue.

Looks like the flaps were not in landing config. That explains the high speed approach.

Can you evaluate why they declared an emergency? Hydraulic issue maybe as they mentioned something about the flaps?

Barely any flare at all. the 787 mustve a very strong ground effect
