oracle got 3 basic dispell and 100% magic resistance yet still fail safe anyone 1 simple force staff from ally should survive from techies eblade combo
what i learn is 2 bracer 1 magic stick and 1 rain drop just could survive from techies combo at lv 6
some hero like lina viper dazzle huskar leshrach void & ember spirit can counter initiation kill at lv 6
