150g Pes Halia Bawang Putih
1 sb Serbuk Cili Merah
½ Biryani Masala
1 sudu besar Garam
100ml Yogurt
800ml air
500g Beras Basmathi
500g daging kambing
Chennai Mutton Biryani
100 ml Oil
1g Cinnamon
1g Clove
1g Cardamom
1 Bay leaf
200g Onion
1 Pandan leaf
200g Tomato
25g Mint Leaf
25g Coriander Leaf
2 green Chillies
150g Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbs Red Chili Powder
½ Biryani Masala
1 tbs Salt
100ml Yogurt
800ml water
500g Basmathi Rice
500g Mutton

Chef can I make the whole recipe pakai pressure cooker? Atau Dari start sampai masuk daging pressure cooker terus part masuk beras pakai rice cooker

Hi Chef , In Chennai, we don't use Pandan leaf and basmathi rice ( we use cheraga Samba rice) , majority basmati rice used for hydebadi Biryani and for better taste we use red Onion and not Yellow.
