From Oklahoma ,this is a great educational piece. I'm a retired nurse, I worked for 50 years. To are viewed in a bad light. I'm glad you're showing their caring side. There is so much more to being an officer than just ticketing. This piece shines a light on some not all of what good leadership can do to guide a dept. I work 8 years ER. I had a lot of interaction with officers with several different agencies . I only had one concern and reported an officer about a bad incident. To his credit, he did not hold it against me, although it cost his job.
