seeing all these years old comments make me sad. they didn't realize they would disband, they just thought they were burned out or stressed (which they probably were) and not that this would be their last stage. i think they might've known at this point they would disband and still having to perform hurt.

@@mapbernardo yeah I think they knew about that, most of groups know that they gonna disband soon. Also I dont have idea if its live or prerecorded, I thinked that all of them are really on live
@celes Yeah, 4Minute knew they were disbanding. In one of the fansigns for “Hate” promotions, one of the members told fans that 4M will disband if they don’t get a music show win with “Hate”. The member said it with a joking tone, but fans knew it was not something they would throw around and did their best to try to get that win, but at the time, 4M was against a lot of other popular groups and artists, like GFRIEND, WINNER, Taemin, B.A.P, etc., so it was really hard and as a result, they never got a win.
In regards to live performances, a few music shows (before COVID-19 hit of course) usually had a day every week or 2 where they would have live performances with some prerecorded (usually cover stages).

I think if 4minute doesn't re-new their contract with Plan A (CUBE) entertainment doesn't mean they don't want to be together or disbanding I think they wqnt to change their company even though I am a cube fan but I would be totally fine with it

Yes, they are on a singing show. There are "SBS THE SHOW (Tuesday)", "MBC SHOW CHAMPION (Wednesday)", "MNET COUNTDOWN (Thursday)", "KBS MUSIC BANK (Friday)", "MBC MUSIC CORE (Saturday)" & "SBS INKIGAYO (Sunday)". They can win an award in each show unless it's during their comeback stages (the first week of promotions). Comeback = Every time they release a new song/album and promoting it. They choose one song from the album and use it as the title song. That song is the one they'll be focusing on during that comeback. Usually they pick 1 or 2 more songs from the album and promote them as well. The comeback lasts for 1 month. But if it's a rookie group/solo then the comeback can last up to 2 months. During the end of the year there are special events such as "MNET ASIAN MUSIC AWARDS", MELON MUSIC AWARDS", "KBS"/"SBS"/"MBC GAYO DAEJUN/DAECHUKJE".
