It destroys all the stagnant negative energy from my being. I feel the cuantic realm. It's amazing what these low sounds can do to existential reality. It clears my heart and throat chakras. I breathe so easy. I am using it in my meditation to destroy the demon of the mind and all his thoughts like heads of a hydra. The mind is the enemy. I am crushing it on a daily basis. Enlightenment is coming, photon by photon. I shall be free from this Matrix. Mukti is my wish. Soha.
