@@KelvinLearnsInvesting Initially I joined to pastime and might as well share whatever little I have, but recently I feel its not enjoyable anymore. Maybe tis can be your next bagholderpod topic too.
Back in 2022, 2023, in the midst of crisis, everyone are there to share, learn, lend support and encourage one another, but when market recovers, some ppl made huge profit while some still bag losses. Then come a lot of situation whereby I diss ur REITs, China stocks, u diss my hypes, cryptos. Can even be like u hold TSLA still in losses, or I say ur NVDA performance wont last etc.
If not it’s flexing profits.
Somehow human nature can go thru tough times together but not during good times. So yeah, I felt the negativity and decided to stay away. ✌🏼 It’s pretty obvious tat whenever someone has something to say, need to consider tis and tat if not risk getting into another argument.

Hello! There is no real way to verify but usually the most ideal way is to ask the Seller or Seller Agent to share honestly. By right, Seller Agents are not supposed to lie about anything related to the house so if you ask a direct question, you should be able to get an accurate answer for most agents who are ethical ◡̈ If the seller or agent starts to avoid your question then MAYBE there is a chance that someone did pass in the house but you can't be sure also! Best is to have an honest convo with the Seller and agent!

@@Jboihomes Beg to differ. Normally agents will smoke their way through and there is no way to hold them accountable if they just verbally tell you all is well. For me, I spoke to the next door neighbours when I bought my flat 19 years ago and was told that an old man passed away but I still proceeded to buy. So far so good, this flat has been giving me good passive income to this day. Generally, the flat is good if a person passes away due to old age but not murder or suicide cases.

Hey Heyy! There is no correct answer to this question because it really depends on each person's situation! Like i mentioned in the video, the most important question to answer before we go into deeper analysis is "What is your purpose" and why do you want to buy? If you purpose is very strong, there is a real need to buy the home ie Family growing bigger need bigger space, My Kid needs to go to XXX primary school or I need to move closer to my parents as they are getting older, then the decision process and calculations can be much clearer! Most agents will tell you the best time to buy is "NOW", which is true to some extent. Because we live in a country where the general property market, even though has its bull and bear cycle, has been on a upward trajectory since the beginning. Assuming you buy the right development and unit, the earlier you secure a unit with the power to hold, "Now" is always a good time! Just a suggestion for JJ: Can he speak more directly and be less politically correct, and not state things that are obvious?
He likes to say in this manner: "A is good but doesn't mean B is not good" or things like "things vary from person to person and to personal preferences", for instance for topics on North-South facing and facing the Pavillion. He could have just said "generally speaking units that are facing the pavilion is less desirable due to noises, so do take that into account".
