    Hello. Hoping you can help me. I used one of these bars yesterday at physical therapy along with wall slide Y’s facing the wall. When using the bar I had my elbows bent, and up against my ribs then attempted to wiggle that bar left and right 15 seconds each side, 3 times each side. Today my muscles around the rib areas are SORE. Could this be why? My PT never mentioned what muscles it was working with that bar.

      66 years young, started body blade approx 2 years ago. Rehabbed shoulders, back, knees, gluteus. Arthritis everywhere but now look like different person. Have invented exercises i haven't seen on UA-cam. Definitely not for soft people.

      It's not. I just used one at a PT appointment yesterday and that thing will wear you out big time. 4 - 30 sec sets working on my shoulder and I was whipped.
