Check out Nourse Farms in whately Massachusetts. They are local to us so we can pick up. They ship nationwide. Prices and varieties are great

I’ve used Cummins Nursery for bare root apple trees - you can choose the variety AND the root stock, which is great. I’m mixed on Stark Bros, but they did honor their guarantee for me, problem was then they were sold out and I couldn’t get a replacement that year. The state forest nursery here in NH is great for Christmas tree and hardwood seedlings.

We have bought strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and elderberries through MIgardener and have been very pleased with all of them! Good prices, super healthy plants, all have taken right off when planted!

Northern WI homesteader here. I ordered some apple and peach trees from Stark Bros last year. All survived the winter and look great this year, especially one of my peaches. I bought plum trees from Gurney's. They look terrible, and didnt look great when they showed up. I think we will replace them next year. I bought from Fedco Trees this year. They are a reasonable price. My apple trees are all looking awesome. I had probably 3/4 of my strabwrries take off (it's been sooooo wet). Also, my grape vine is doing awesome. I won't order from Gurney's again, but the other two are on the list for next year!

Local nursery & use those to start more. $30 elderberry last spring was planted, harvested from & stool layered over winter. 18 new plants & still have original. Stark Bro is a good choice.

MIgardener has the best quality bare root raspberries. Its crazy how large the roots are on the ones I have bought Anne, Double gold, and Prelude are the bare root varieties I have got. Jewel and Royalty purple came as plugs, but all have grown great. They are local, so its very convenient for me.

Over the years, the very best fruit trees and berry plants I've ever bought were bare root, online.

Several (many) years ago I planted nearly 1000 seedlings from the WI DNR on property I owned in Northern WI as well as around a dozen apple trees from Chief River Nursery in Grafton, WI with great success with both. I've since sold that property and have moved to Idaho. I'll need to stop by there to see how they've done when I'm back visiting friends. Really enjoy your videos, always an inspiration to continue with my Regenerative Agriculture efforts on my property here in Idaho.

I have got a peach tree and an avocado tree from fast growing trees and they arrived great. They usually have coupons for their site and you can also choose the size tree you want to purchase I've been pretty happy with them

Awesome video, places I bought from in past and liked Raintree Nursery, One Green World, and Burnt Ridge Nursery. Have you ever tried Goumi plants- they're easy to grow, taste like a sour cherry, get a named variety

I've bought grapes and strawberries from Burpee with great success. This year I ordered Freedom blackberries from Johnny's. I've heard great things about the variety at a local conference, but am nervous of their challenges in zone 5. So you do anything extra to protect them? Have they fruited for you yet?

If you have deer, stay away from arborvitaes. They will look like lollipops before long. My parents had them for a privacy fence and they had a terrible time keeping the deer away from them. They are also prone to disease. My landscaper also agrees and refuses to plant them.
