I wish more than anything i could have! At 18 i Was in the process of trying to get an option 40 and got in trouble. Im 30 now and have tried to serve 4 different times and been denied. Long story short, 18 years old, had 30 days house arrest for underage drinking at a party. Left and came back home without permission.. class d felony(lowest level) not able to gdt a waiver. Not violent or drunk related etc... just left and returned without permission.. life dream down the drain for being a yound dumb kid and making a dumb choice. Man it really rips me up. To those who have served, thank you , you have my upmost respect. I hope i can myself someday soon.

I need more. Because of this channel and this channel alone I went on a weight loss journey and dropped 50 lbs. now I’m trying to get in peak physical condition and if it wasn’t for the motivation from this channel it working gave been possible. You have the means through this channel and people trust you, how far are you willing to take it? Hope that answers the question on who wants more. So thank you.

What type of weight training split would you do to prepare for SWAT and the exercises you did?
Well its more bout functional/combat fitness. Weights are tool to add size and strength once you can ultimately pass all local SWAT tests with gear on.
