eMERGEnce Music Incubator 2020

eMERGEnce is Small World Music’s Artist Development program for under-represented and marginalized newcomer, refugee, and emerging artists, dedicated to supporting career sustainability and integration into Toronto’s music landscape and the Canadian cultural infrastructure. Launched February 11, 2020, a cohort of 24 musicians were chosen from a pool of applicants to participate in the inaugural year’s program, which includes career-development workshops, networking opportunities, music incubation, mentorship, and performance opportunities.
