- Once. a patient has end stage renal disease there are only two treatments that allow such a patient to survive :dialysis or kidney transplant.
Whenever patients are advised dialysis they panic and go to all kinds of touts. However in my 30 years of experience I have seen several patients surviving for long term on dialysis.
