Some of the adverts for this latest version say it has electric retracts & some say they are air operated. Can you tell me what type the latest version has?
@@PichlerModellbau1 Thank you for responding so quickly. If it is a PVC covering I would imagine it is very tough. I have a rare OK EZ 45 Zero (they're factory burned in Japan) it was a printed that looks a lot like the Black Horse model with weathering details and every single rivet. It is a balsa model that is then covered with a thin layer of foam. Then a printed photograph that is covered buy a thick layer of mylar. I don't know if you ever heard EZ Ok models. They were highly prized in the US And difficult to get a hold of. I still have mine and I've never finished building it.
@@Dv087 we have been the last EZ Distributor back in 2003, shortly before they finished production in Japan. We still keep the old domain name www.okmodel.de
@@PichlerModellbau1 Thanks for your response. Does it significantly impact the performance to have more blades? Nobody seems to have anymore than 2 from I can tell. I'm not a fan of the look of 2 blades
@@popeye7833 The Black Horse Corsair is well worth the price! It is the newest version including heavy duty electric retract gear including retractable tail gear. There is typically a 6 to 9 month waiting list for this model.

Good afternoon friend, can you tell me the scale of the plane?
It is about 1:5 scale
What happens if you put a bigger 3 or 4 blade prop on these things?
It is possible to use 3 or 4 blade prop of course!
@@PichlerModellbau1 Thanks for your response. Does it significantly impact the performance to have more blades? Nobody seems to have anymore than 2 from I can tell. I'm not a fan of the look of 2 blades
@@daniellyons6178 2 blade is the most efficient. Some modelers use 2 blades for flying and 3 or 4 blade props when the plane is in hangar for display.
Dam! where can I get one?

It's an awesome model. But I don' like the sound of the engine.
The engine installed is a 2-stroke DLE engine. For best sound, we recommend a Radial 4-stroke engine.
Sounds like a DLE55RA
