They're just marching as a sign of representing respective units and as a sign of respect. This is no Indian Official program where salute and parade is Necessary. Just a March of respect and nothing else. We can't expect student from village areas to dress their uniforms , its a area program and not some school function. Sometime appreciate people's hardwork and contribution, don't always take out the negativity in them .
