Novotel Hotel Makkah distance from haram sharif is 15 minutes. The hotel provides free shuttle service for every 30 minutes both ways. It drop you off at Marwa gate. You will have to walk at least 10 minutes to reach Haram sharif. Novotel makkah thakher city is an excellent budget hotel. It only cost me £162 for 5 nights with my son excluding food. We did try their breakfast buffet and they charged us 50 Riyal per person. The choice of food wasn’t great.
