Im Canadian married a luo lady from Kisumu Kenya. I'm a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer from Canada. I've been in the Refrigeration industry for forty three years, I have installed the largest beef processing facility in Canada four thousand five hundred head a day, One of the largest ammonia industrial refrigeration systems in Canada. All the way down to small family owned meat processing facilities. I've Engineered design built poultry processing facilities, Hog , goat ,lamb Canadian Buffalo ie Bison meat processing facilities. I've built spiral flash freezing tunnels for fruits and vegetables. My goal is too build a cold storage facilities in Kisumu, Nairobi, Kisumu. Also Kampala and Entebbe , I'm Canadian you folks are American our culture's are very similar we know North American bussiness methods.
