Off topic, but you should keep going for that raw approach to your video's thumbnails, that's what initially caught my eye / drew me in. Like literally just a screenshot from a frame in the video & zoom in on it a bit so it's more visible on the recommended & suggested page, since thumbnails are quite small. It'll deliver stronger on what your content is about, a raw, authentic talk. A lot of people are seeking this type of content on youtube now, so I believe it'll draw much more eyes by taking that thumbnail approach
