How do you work the FM radio please?

Needed a beater speaker for work. Got this speaker for under $10. Bass is not really there but sound is more on the bright side. Only problem is I mainly use this speaker at night to watch movies on the tablet. That blue power light blinks all night & can't stop it from blinking. Overall, minus the blinking light & price I've paid. This speaker does the job.....I would dish out the extra money & get the better quality & clarity sound speaker if you want to go loud.

it can withstand splashes but I’m not sure if it can withstand rain
