- I can’t believe it took me this long to try intarsia crochet! It was easy and I’m going to use this technique probably for all my future projects!
This pattern is on my patreon if anyone else is interested in making this bag for themselves :)

There's no right and wrong way of crochet, just a different method!
Love how the design turned out, perfect color choices.
I never knew this was a term. when i personally follow tapestry patterns, i never carry it with me 😆 good to know there is a word for it lol
i saw a clown in the thumbnail and clicked so quick, i love your videos!!!!!! you inspire me to keep crocheting !!!!!
hey just wanted you to know that what you showed in the beginning as tapestry crochet is actually called stranded color work, in tapesty crochet you crochet over the floats
also perfect timing for me to watch this, ive been making so many little tote bags with geese on them, so this video is perfect :33
You should make and sell your bags, I love them!
I thought this bag turned out so cute. I have done an intarsia blanket before but the bobbins are a game changer, willdefinitely get those.
So jealous of that circus fabric! We’re doing pastel circus for my daughter’s nursery. The bag turned out super cute😋🥰
I've also used extra large binder clips as bobbins, keeping the legs up (I don't know what they're called lol), just winding the yarn around the metal prongs. Then I'm able to "clip" it to the project when I'm taking a break
I’m more of a knitter now, and not so much vintage. I’m here for Michelle and Totoro. 😂
omg Math Circus is such a throwback!! I had that in primary school here in Australia and loved it!
The bag came out adorable! I look forward to seeing the stuff that comes from your imagination 10/10 you should definitely make wall tapestries!
I love your crochet videos so much ❤
I never do any intarisa/ tapestry projects without bobbins! I hate untangling yarn, and the bobbins help so much. It cool seeing other people use them too
Great video! Your Tote bag turned out so cute.
literally such a cute pattern and great colour choices!! i have so many wips but now i really need to make one too lmao
That came out great!
So cute! Love the bag!
Yayayayay new video!!! ❤❤❤
Love it! I’ve recently given tapestry/intarsia crochet a try after watching all your videos, I REALLY enjoyed it, 🥰
Oh my gosh.... Absolutely Beautiful!!!!!!!! So talented... Thanku for sharing God Bless and have an amazing week....
It turned out so cute!! I love tapestry crochet, it’s so fun!! Great job :)
The bag turned out so cute! Love it, the colours look great :D
Omg I love your hair, you are so pretty!❤
That is such a fun bag! I've yet to try tapestry or intarsia, but I have so many patters I want to try
I had never heard of this term, and I thought I was good with the terminology!! Great video, as always!
i hated carrying my yarn across when doing intarsia so now i do all my picture blanket with corner to corner and man oh man things got so much easier, i use bobbins and do the drop and pick up method, love how yours turned out
Love the Totoro time. My cats are also just little babies who can sit wherever they want.
Thank you very entertaining
Loving the Larry David cameo 😂👏
Ive never been so early ❤❤❤
Good morning 🌄🌞 blessings ☕ awesome 👍🏾
i am so curious what did you use for the straps?
Totoro from cute!
do you think you could explain your method for the lining?
what i'm getting is that you sewed the edges of the lining so they'd be finished, then sewed the bag sides right side together, added the border, then sewed the lining in but what was your process for putting the lining together and where did you sew it down?
odd, but like love the look of the "lines" of yarn on the "wrong" side of tapestry crochet 😍 i just think it looks so cool
What is the name of that fabric store you went to? Is it online??? Pure Heaven!!!
It’s called len’s mill!
@@michelle_jasek Thank you!
Is that a bob ross painting next to your mini couch?
Someone could have painted it using his techniques! I found it at a thrift store lol
There are a lot of great graphgan patterns out there. You can also design your own on stitch fiddle . The point of the bobbins is to avoid having floats.
While you dont sell your acctual products, you could sell the charts and info for us to make them ourselves? That might be a bit easier? And we could choose colours that we want and you dont have to buy a ton of yarn or get burned out from making tons of the same thing in different sizes.
Idk, its an idea. Because ive wanted to make things youve done but dont have the instructions to do it
Also: i have a bunch of yarn bobbins ill never use if you want i could send them to you? Its a whole sandwich bag full that my grandma gave me. I thought i would use them but they just aren’t for me
I actually do sell my patterns! But instead of putting them on Esty, i have all of them on my patreon! 😊
@@michelle_jasek aah, somehow I missed that 😅 thats awesome I will definitely be checking them out when I’m able to support your patreon…. (Currently unemployed, struggling real hard to get interviews and I really think it’s because my last job was for Dollarama)
