Sir Agar koi company h jo other country k Act me registered and registered office v other country m h but India m divided derhi shareholders ko to kya wo Co. Domestic Co. Hai? Qki module m Asa likha hai ki " domestic Co. Means an Indian Co. Or any other Co. Which, in respect of its income liable to income tax, has made prescribed arrangements for the declaration and payment of dividends within India, payable out of such income."
