Hi Adam, how about when you do high rev and the compressor stops and won't engage anymore. But there is a 12v supply going to the magnetic clutch connector. What should be the problem? Car been regas and still problem exist.
Hi Kenneth, sound to me the the clutch is probably slipping. Turn on the air con at idle and see if the whole pulley is spinning. Ask someone to rev the car up and see if the centre section stops or struggles to spin at the same RPM. The clutch plate has a high grip surface, if it’s worn down it will start to slip. Thanks!
