Bruce doesn’t necessarily control hulk since hulk is basically an alter ego with his own body (that Bruce made to cope with the abuse he suffered when he was a kid and that abuse is what caused him to have suppressed anger and in this case that alter egos body is a gamma radiation monster. And the reason why hulk is always angry is because when he switches from Bruce he remembers all of those traumatic suppressed memories which is a symptom from suffering from personality dissociative identity disorder) when Bruce becomes hulk he usually blacks out and remembers little to nothing of what happens when he transforms. The reason why it was difficult for him to transform is because we see earlier in the film that the antidote worked momentarily until the gamma radiation came back that’s why blonsky who was slapping him around getting his heart rate up managed to capture him and Bruce didn’t transform. If Bruce tried to transform say a hour after taking the antidote I don’t think it would’ve been difficult. We can see hulk coming out of the ground as if he woke up from a nap, he was still feeling the effects of the antidote, it’s like if someone is recovering from a life threatening sickness, they won’t have as much energy.
The antidote sadly only reverses his transformation into the hulk it didn't do anything else it just reversed the transformation so he changed back into banner.

why does 2008 hulk cgi look better then the 2012 hulk lol
Betty and Bruce was such a great couple. Sadly this was not only the last solo Hulk movie but it was least comedic one. I hate Disney for what it’s done to Marvel.
?????????????? Marvel has produced countless really good films over the last decade and some really good tv shows as well. Disney has ruined a lot of things. Marvel is one of the things it has undoubtedly helped.
@@recessiv3 I agree that the movies have still been very good But How has Disney helped though
@@recessiv3 For me the new MCU TV shows so far has been meh or ok, the only good one for me is FAWS, WandaVison was good till the ending got boring.
I’m so glad in the future hulk is actually peaceful😊
After watching she hulk...i really miss Incredible Hulk😔
Ah back before there were MCU normies
O
This Hulk is my favorite and this one is actually intimidating I would have liked to see how this Hulk went up against Thanos
I need to rewatch the incredible hulk, as a kid it scared tf out of me so I missed a lot of it
I had an anxiety attack for the ages and hit a blunt just now and it hit me like this antidote.
Thats basically me when someone wakes me
2:56 the aww shit moment
Betty jumps on him without hesitation. It's a moment I really love. Betty's love is incredible.❤
It’d be hilarious to see Ed Norton make a cameo as a Bruce Banner/Hulk variant in the MCU
This gotta be extremely painful
Samuel Sterns: it's beautiful... godlike... ◉_◉ 2:37
This movie was underrated for sure but yeah it was actually pretty good looking back
Jesus was not killed nor Jesus was crucified
Edward Norton's Hulk i always saw was equivalent to Tobey's Spiderman and RDJ's Ironman.
Back when hulk was scary and menacing
People keep saying that this hulk would've made Thanos scared for life but hear me out. Its the same hulk that Thanos whoop in infinity war theres no difference but different actor and cgi☠️
this hulk looks better tho
A lesson I learnt in this scene; "You start getting weak the moment you start caring"
Man, I wish this Hulk made it in the MCU.
Isn’t he the same guy MCU wise?
@@ricardoortiz4870 No. They tamed him a bit. Mark Ruffalo's Hulk isn't as intimidating as Edward Norton's.
@@mark_beastpriest5539 According to my research, Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner are in the fact the same person MCU wise.
@@mark_beastpriest5539this is the the MCU Hulk. They just recasted him
Edward Norton settled it as the hulk
4:45 come with me if you wanna live.
Jesus was not killed nor Jesus was crucified
They totalled the hulk with Mark Ruffalo
The thing is, Ruffalo was actually the director’s first choice for Bruce Banner.
que pasó en esta escena que le inyectaron?
Beautiful transformation
I'll take this Hulk over the new Hulk any day!!
I truly think that this aspect of (Bruce Banner) trying to find a cure for his condition, or at least a stabilization process for it; It should be reintroduced in either a M.C.U. movie, or in a Marvel show series someday.
The reason why is because I genuinely really like this moment in the year2008 movie of (THE INCREDIBLE HULK).
They used the death of the incredible hulk as a blue print for this movie
I’ll never understand why this movie sucked I love this movie
