Hey guys! If you aren't aware, this series spawned out of someone making an Instagram account where they posted the original Mikaeli meme every day. After a while, I decided to get involved and change things up a bit. There will be more Mikaeli content to come (and I'll start putting it on UA-cam), but as the most recent episode felt almost like the end of 'season 1', I thought I'd post a complilation of the eps so far to kick things off on here.
Yeah, you did the right thing by taking over the crowds from those meme pages who clearly just do it to farm followers and view, and create your own spin to the meme since you're the original creator of that comedy clips. However it is still very funny, that your meme account has more follower than your main Instagram account
He seems a bit too okay with the fact hes trapped in a time loop and takes around a whole month to finally get tired of hitting metal every day and only then he wants two picture instead of leaving.
The fact that a random 50 year old looking guy on an old gameshow with big 80s Soviet aesthetic banging a hammer onto a thin piece of metal on an anvil gave me so much adrenaline, hope, dread, happiness, sadness, a whole cinematic experience on Day 66 is sublime.

@@bonehead7642 oh wait ı thought it meant they were still in the loop and if you investigate you will be kept in the loop but that does make more sense

Imagine if this was a looping twitch stream of the first short playing 24 hours a day but it'd randomly play one of the other vids, then go right back to the original vid. It'd drive people insane & ARG solvers mad
The part where he wakes up and (who I assume is) Samantha asks him for the passcode for vault 3 before putting him back to sleep was so strangely unnerving.

For anyone interested in the real story behind this: This clip is from the first episode of the (west) German TV show "Wetten, dass..." ("Let's bet on...") aired on 14th of february 1981 live from Düsseldorf. The concept is basically that a person says they can do something extraordinary live and the (more or less) famous guests bet weather they believe he actually can do it. "Mikaeli"s real name is Matthias Heuel, a smith from Attendorn. His bet was that he can hit a cold bar of steel with a normal hammer to get it to glow red hot so that the showmaster, Frank Elstner, can light a cigarette with it. He actually managed to do it in 40 hits. Apparently this was the talk in the german speaking countries and, according to Elstner, was the foundation for Wetten, dass... becoming one of the most popular TV shows in europe with over 200 episodes running from 1981 to 2014 and a revival in 2021.
