I think this problem with eye tracking is because Vision Pro does not have eye tracking filtering, which is probably used in gaming headsets like Quest Pro or Vive Pro Eye natively. Most likely, this is because those Vision Pro applications have their own filtering when they need it. And so the ALVR software receives and sends unfiltered information from eye trackers to VRChat. By the way, I'm not an expert in this topic, and this is just my theory, which may be wrong.
I'll try making a short tutorial in my next ALVR video, but for now you can follow this Reddit tutorial: www.reddit.com/r/VisionPro/comments/1bmn6gd/getting_started_with_alvr_on_vision_pro/
I tried running ALVR with my vision pro and I cant select anything. Whenever I pinch to select something, the line jumps to my forehead and points somewhere completely different
You should ask in the official ALVR Discord to solve it since I haven't heard of that issue: discord.com/invite/alvr . Try updating your ALVR client on your PC and making sure that the "Hand Tracking Interaction" setting is set to "ALVR bindings"
Here's my tutorial on how to set it up:

Can you make a video on how you set up ALVR to get it working on there?

@@Darielquinta yeah that would be awesome! Thank you!
@@Darielquinta also the way you have yours is the way I’m wanting to get it. No controllers and no base stations would be great 👍
the usb port is sold seperately for $300
How do you sell a port?
@@LetrixAR It's a joke about how greedy apple is with add-ons in general. You can't actually sell a usb port.
@@sampenney204not with that attitude :D
Honestly I wish it was. I'd happily pay that.
Instead it is left with no connectivity
Great video, thanks!
Can PCVR work on Apple Vision Pro via the developer strap that has a usb port?
According to the main dev in the Discord, it does seem to work! It's more stable but slower than WiFi (250Mbps) and more complicated to set up
