Thank you for including me in your day- I watch your videos every day and so enjoy seeing your crafts and hearing of your life. I am so sorry that it is such a stressful time for you and admire your calm ability to carry on as normal. I pray that God will protect all of you and send blessings your way. You and your family and friends and the people of Israel are in my prayers. Thinking of you - from the US
I am so grateful to be the recipient of these videos. And so pleased that making them helps you with all that is going on around you. To have peace and calmness with you in your daily is blessing. My prayers are with you and your family. 🙏
Beautiful, as always! 🥰 I love your videos, your projects, your food, and all of your heartfelt thoughts & feelings. I'm praying for you all to be safe. ❤
Oh-also, daily green juice is a great idea, a good way to get those daily greens in….i like to add ground flax seed, ground chia seed and/or psyllium to mine to thicken it and add extra fiber and other nutrients. Lovely episode!
Moran, your recipes are wonderful! You have also prepared some beautiful fresh salads that are so inspiring, and pretty! Love your idea to keep a knitting notebook…I may start one myself, as I would like to document my projects better. Have a good day.
Another beautiful and mindful video. It was wonderful to hear on the news here in Australia that your incredible soldiers freed another hostage. What mattered to your soldiers was the hostage was a citizen of Israel and not his religion. My prayers continue for you all in Israel. Fifty years ago (70 in November) I decided to stop eating sugar and I have never regretted this decision. I have not missed sweets, ice cream, cake etc. I don’t use artificial sugar substitutes but occasionally have a small amount of pure honey. My weight has remained constant and I feel healthy. I also do an exercise program every morning and ride my stationary bike for 20 min. Although I live on the opposite side of the world to you and do not have the daily stress of war in our lives my daily routine is similar. I make all our sourdough bread, yogurt, cooking wholesome food, love my crafting etc. I even have the same designed rug on the floor with the stripe as you do. It’s the little things in life that can bring joy into our lives. We live on a small farm and as I write this I am looking at our sheep grazing in the paddock and our plum tree that is flowering as our Spring creeps closer. We also have our own chooks so can enjoy fresh eggs and our granddaughters horses. Love to you and your family. ❤️❤️🌺
Hello and thank you for another delightful video. It is nice to see elements of your life there. I, with so many others, especially enjoy seeing your work in the kitchen. I rarely have sugar but, like you, enjoy a little sweet after dinner. I just make these coconut balls and added the chia seed. I think they will be so yummy. Might you share the exercise video or perhaps a link to where you got the exercises you do. I walk or ride a bike every day, but I really want to add some weight exercises for my upper body and those look to be just the thing. I want to be sure and do them correctly so I’m hoping to find video instructions. Thank you. It is nice to see all the ways you invest in your family and present calm in the midst of the stress over there. What a great example to them and us.
Hello from across the big pond. 😊 I am enjoying your vlogs. Yes, I love to wake up and feel the newness of the day created for us. I would like your (& it maybe is misspelled) snitchel recipe with the air fryer. It looks very delicious. I enjoy learning as you do ALL your makings in the kitchen and the craft studio. I live on a mountain and so far no crafters nearby. I’d have to travel an hour or more. Thank you again. 💜
Thank you again for sharing. I also love my makings it helps ground me. When you have time wills you please tell me how you dehydrate your nuts. (Walnuts) tried the coconut balls they are delicious. Thanks for sharing that recipie also.
I am a new viewer to your podcast. I love the way you intentionally find calm despite all the turmoil going on around you. Can you tell us a little bit more about the title/meaning of your podcast?
