It's just as cringe some fics are better than the source material, This felt like it just ripped off of every fab theory or idea kids had or wished. Aren't they supposed to be good writers?
Three points as to why wizards/Witches are unable to use time turners to change the past. 1. they cannot go back past the point at which they obtained it and change things because they would never have gotten it in the first place. 2. Other than changing one very specific small thing and not being seen doing it, it is extremely dangerous to change the past. Even a small complex of changes could wipe that wizard out of existence and they would have no idea. Using time turners would involve allowing things to first unfold and then studying events in great detail from everyone's perspective before choosing that single event that must be changed and who is the person to change it and when. 3. Time turners are very rare magical objects.
The problem wasn't time travel the problem was she established that time was a closed loop. That means that going to the past won't change the outcome of the future because it loops. She went back on her own established rules which broke the concept
@@LifeInABoxoriginThere's authors, and then there's random people who get rich by having/stealing/rehashing the right idea at the right time without knowing WTF they're actually doing.
@LifeInABoxorigin and here lies the difference between mid-authors and excellent writers. If you have to correct so much after publishing why even publish it in the first place?
I wanna assume that if JK hadnt destroyed the time turners that basically they would be like the philosophers stone and only find their way to those who need it wouldn't use it for evil and that it wouldn't work for anyone who would. So like even though Dumbledore gave it to Hermione, she wasn't going to use it evil and nor would Harry so it works for them but if for some reason Voldemort got his hands on one, it wouldn't for him. Once she destroyed them, obviously we started to figure out that anyone including Voldemort could have had one and used it
Time turners were always problematic. If you can make them, destroying them won’t solve anything. Why doesn’t Voldemort make one? Even if creating one is extremely complicated, it’s the singular most powerful item in existence both for muggles and wizard kind… and Hermione is using one for classes…😂
I think the idiots who wrote that book only watched the movies where it wasn't directly shown and was hinted at in 1 point I think it they heard that was the case and thought that what they did wouldn't offended book readers. Sure were they won't if that is correct
The cursed child had nothing NOTHING to do with her at all. She didn't write that dumpster fire, and was not involved in the process of writing the book at all, was written by 2 men more as a fan-fic. So don't drag her name into it

She did not write cursed child. Most would agree it is fanfic.
unfortunately she accepted it
@Tink2k she was just drunk, high and held at gunpoint 😂😂😂
She said cannon so she get money
basically we all know that the cursed child is fanfiction

Cursed child is a fanfic
She didn’t write cursed child even if that were true she didn’t say any word about it

J.K. made a lot of mistakes when writing the books that had to be fixed later on.
Congrats, you just learned that authors are human.

Unpopular Opinion : Cursed Child is worse than Umbridge. Do you agree?
Yep
Nah
Yes!!!!!
Nope. Cursed child sucks and umbridge is annoying stupid evil b-
Unpopular? I think most Harry Potter fans would agree with you

She didn’t write The Cursed Child. She just got a boatload of money to lie and say it is canon
Cursed child isn’t cannon though
JKR made a lot of mistakes. Even with the Time Turners, JKR could've explored the theme of Alternate Realities and Parallel Universes.

They could alway say one time turner was saved
Someone needs to go back and change the book "cursed child"
'The Cursed Child' is a fanfic made by Jack Thorne, not JK Rowling.
Curse child IS NOT part of the canon.
I think the idiots who wrote that book only watched the movies where it wasn't directly shown and was hinted at in 1 point I think it they heard that was the case and thought that what they did wouldn't offended book readers.

i think she accepted it as "canon" though. I bought the book of the script before i knew the plot. I haven't read it and likely won't

wait theres an eighth HP book?!
It’s just a play. Not really a book. It’s not written by her
NO THERE IS NOT!!!
oh
More like ‘semi canon/ author approved fanfiction’
Don't bother reading it. It's such trash writing.
I love the cannnon story The Cursed Child witten by JK Rowling, its my favourite book of the 8.
The cursed child was only a play converted into a book And I had a Get permission to use the character by j k Rowling
😂 almost got me!
You know I almost cared about this until I remember that JK Rowling is a panic mongering transphobe...
