Crazy how Joy, the emotion of happiness, has a big of a sentence as bing bong who’s not even an emotion and has the biggest sentence of all of the emotions
To be fair with Mr Bing Bong, the trespassing charges are due to him not being able to read big people words due to Riley's age when she imagined him, and the charges of him stealing those memories, those were probably memories he was involved in, possibly saving them from being forgotten.
Actually no, for some reason that I can't understand, emotions are not the greatest authorities, something that can be seen in the first film, when Joy was watching Riley's dreams, which were a nightmare, so she exchanged the dream for a memory, and it is in this scene that she says "I'm not allowed to do that", in other words, there is an authority above emotions

In fact, not only is it her job, but is her natural instinct as the emotion she embodies! After Riley moved away from the place that brought her the most joy, Sadness was drawn to the memories of Minnesota. She couldn't help it. Her fellow emotions didn't understand her at the time, but she did what she had to do. Conversely, Joy should be charged for essentially encouraging Sadness to play 'hooky', even though there were decreasingly less and less things for Riley to be happy about at the time. [Joy basically chose to work overtime in order to prevent a fellow employee from getting any hours if you think about it.]
Joy- would be happy and maybe go insane causing her to be in Solitary Confinement. Sadness- Would be Sad and cry being imprisoned Anger- would beat the biggest one in the yard and rule the prison. a lot of these crimes would not hold up in a court of law because they are unavoidable problems that occur because of other prior events, and technically, the govvernmnt is the emotions seeing as how Bing Bong says, "I know people in Headquarters."
