    Didn't really get an off season since the leagues I do operate on different season times (ones a Sept to May others a Feb to November) so I've been trying to settle into a schedule of recovery, upper body, lower body, cardio, agility/quickness during the week taking a rest day when the legs need it
    Fitness test for me is just a straight timed run with a few sprints after so prep is straight forward. Hoping to get into the elite pathway do the fitness test for that probably be more similar to what ye were doing

    I am paying to do a referee course I’ve heard the female pathways is different from the men’s. Is there any workouts or things that will benefit me? I love your videos 💯❤️
