I agree. A comb helps me keep a more sleek look and the pick helps with a more full look BUT I feel that the pick is a more versatile tool because it can do both. One is still a little better than the other when trying to achieve a certain look. Side note: I NEVER ROCKED A CHINSTRAP 😂😂😂
I have a somewhat long head but I have a big build so I separated my beard at the center point of the mustache. Instead of brushing straight down and alittle inward I go down and outward. So think of wings spreading outward and that’s how I’m doing mine. Gives a semi puff full look in my opinion
MindsOfConflict MOC I believe it helps them to make more money from UA-cam with views. He's getting his bread so it's all love and it's free informative information 💪🏾💯 lol but I feel you though.
I’m just past the 3 month mark now and the longest I’ve ever gone was 2. I think I’m in this for keeps, but I have no clue what to tell my barber at my next cut. I want it to look more cleaned up and even but I want to lose any volume. Any suggestions on what to tell the barber?
I was wondering when I comb or pick my beard up it really brings out the volume but makes it look way rougher than it really is so do you have any advice for someone who wants a fuller look which is also smoother by combing up
Maybe you've already apraoched this but what's your opinion in regards to hair straightening hot brushes? Have you used them are they worth it? Do they work on men of color? I'm not trying to get bone straight but to straighten it out so that it's more manageble.
@@ericthered1140 Brother that two cents makes sense. Which is greatly appreciated but have you tried or know anything about the straightening brush. I'm just wondering because my hair is somewhat straight and curly. I can brush/comb and blow dry all day and trim but later, still have flyaway's. (Even with butter/balm) Don't even mention not blow drying because it's a mess afterwards.
No matter what I do I cant really get past Tre's volume and length. I got a goatee connecting now, but I really don't understand what I am doing wrong for it to grow out to around your definition. I gave up alcohol and increased my water intake. Please help me out!
hmmm i have heard of the derma roller, where cam i purchase one (although i don't think i need one) and when is the best time to use one? i think you mentioned 1 to 2 times a week?
@@riowilliams8522 I never tried combing up either until a few weeks ago,and it really made my beard poke out. Also organic Hemp seed oil was a game changer for me,it has Omega 3,6,9 and Vitamin E in it and all four truly help the beard grow!
I cant believe men havent mastered their beards, I found multi grain differences in my face comb pattern. Finally I got my barber to stop lining my hair, Lining the hair at a barbershop is a definite no no for me. I always hated the tapers and the linings in general. Taper line will be with you beyond the grave , its the batch of hair that grows is the mane. men who do not grow facil hair strongly still will grow a mane, women too. So the beard gets confusing in that aspect, its not all mane. Mane is the hair that grows around the back, behind the ears up to the temple, follows into the curves under skull banks at the neck bottom line, the next level is the beard the hair is usually softer and barely grows because the top facial hair is mustache. Mustache manes oftten separate at whisker line. To gain control you have remove the whisker its hard
Your videos will be better if you say less. I always have to fast forward and then still get annoyed because you still say to much, you keep repeating yourself its annoying. It would be great if you work on that.

I'm in week 6. You inspired me to grow my beard out and I am encouraged by what has come out so far.

Just giving my two sense. Working out, testosterone, oil, brushing and patience are the best tools for beard growth....ijs. good luck👊💯

Are there any oils or products that you should use along with the derma roller? Or should you just use it by itself?

Hahaha Not all heroes wear capes.😂🐐
Beards can still fill and thicken as you age though your 30s and 40 for some men... Brushing down give beard length
Brushing down also hides your beard growth!
So do combing show growth
@@riowilliams8522 whether you combing down or brushing down all you're doin is hiding your beard growth.
Oh OK when I comb down it makes look longer at the bottom.....but I'm go try combing up
