I’ve had these for a couple of days and really like them but the touch controls are a little too sensitive. If I turn my head too quickly it activates the controls and volume increases and changes videos randomly. For them to be in the optimal position for fitment and sound causes the touch pad to be too close to my skull creating this conundrum. You can disable the touch controls but that makes them less desirable to use or own. Just my two cents for what it’s worth.
These are Junk! Don't waste your money. The JLab is hard to hear in a work environment, If you need open ear for work or safety reasons, get a Shokz Run Pro.
I should’ve listened to you. But Im returning mine right now. Phone call quality is terrible. I called 3 different people and they said I sounded like I was in a hallway or tunnel

I use the Soundcore c30i for work and the A30i for the wind protection when scootering. Wish I saw your comment before I got these today 😂
