First song listen here 1985, I’m 30 old, and loved the CULT💁today 2022,is always happy, pleasure seeing theirs, IAN voice rest so wonderful💙Lovely’s ❤️🇫🇷
THANK YOU for posting this! I remember I was waiting for my parents to fall asleep and I sneaked out to the living room to watch that episode of Headbanger's Ball :D And seeing Vanessa Warwick again after so many years=precious :)
He seems a lot more relaxed in this interview just a few years earlier he would look nervous or anxious that quivery lip when someone is so anxious.... started listening to the cult back in the day because of a girlfriend just as the electric album came out...
coming down pre-production meeting... ‘right lads, we’ve got enough money for a goat a dog and a mini, paint them all black and lets make a fucking M.T.V video’!
Mötley Crüe and The Cult had a thing very much in common. Both released a self titled album in the 90's which are possibly the worst in their discography while their fans just wanted more of what had made them great. Moral of the story: Fcuk the fads of the times.
I love the cult.....always have always will,n to who asked if Ian was bipolar,,,excuse me, but who r u??????He is an artist and if u r not an artist, u would not understand how, what , whrer,n whrn we feelll....if the whole planet from age 8 n up went to a psyche doc, believe me,,,we are all a lil off...........
2021 and still one of my favorite bands!!!
❤💖 mine too in 2022!
MTV blurred out a baby stroller.
You’ll always be accepted Ian, and the rest of The Cult. We love you.
drug tongue...the entire cult album very underrated. i listened to it for 1 year straight. tons of great tunes on it. the cult rox arse.
Not the lyrics to Be Free.
Ian's in quite a reflective mood here and actually talking a lot of sense compared to other interviews
Probably my favorite album of theirs this one.

I miss the golden age of MTV. What a pleasure to see again. But, that was our interview with Ian Astbury - not the The Cult.
Amen

He was clean😉
I think, Ian Astbury is one of the most sincere and introspective artists/musician that I know. I really love that about him!
RIP Nigel Preston
💔💔 🙏🏽
The song is FAR from bad. It's incredible, as is the entire album.
The Cult 4ever❤❤
coming down pre-production meeting... ‘right lads, we’ve got enough money for a goat a dog and a mini, paint them all black and lets make a fucking M.T.V video’!
This song takes me back to the early 90s overwhelming nostalgia.
The guys 51 in May and could blow away every current frontman fact.
What's to say the cults a band I never followed but when they hit the air waives I'm cranking it like there's no other
he reminds me of jim morrissen
He replaced him for while ua-cam.com/video/mKUfbM0tkYQ/v-deo.html
Yes and Steven Tyler a little bit

Everything has a sense, but the words of the MTV presenter ... :P
Wish the ginger guy on the right would shut up and give the other guy a chance to talk
😂🤣
