Victory ship design was finally an improved version of the Liberty ship design. they had steam turbines instead of steam engines but like the Liberty ships they also have two or three surviving members and I think a few are operational as well

You are in command of a Convoy of British Ocean Ships, American Liberty Ships and Victory Ships and you have been tasked with Suppling our troops in the Arctic with much needed supplies for their upcoming offensives against the Enemy AI! The Convoy consists of 6 British Ocean Ships, 8 Victory Ships and 10 Liberty Ships all carrying things from Cargo and Troops to reinforce the Arctic, to Tanks and Boxed Aircraft, even Fuel to keep to momentum of the war going. It is the year 1943, very early in fact as it has only been a few months since the Famous Battle of North Cape which saw to the demise of the Scharnhorst, so Surface Ships aren't that much of a threat, but you never know when the Tirpitz herself might be ordered to intercept us. The main threat now are from German Airfields in Norway as the German Luftwaffe still has Junkers Ju-87D "Stuka" Dive Bombers and Ju-88A-4 Bombers dropping up to Four Torpedoes as well as Dive Bombing or even doubling as a Light Bomber harassing these convoys whenever the opportunity presents itself. You also need to worry about the U-boat Wolfpacks as they also like to prey on Hapless Transport ships. You will have a reasonable escort Force with 4 Flower-class Corvettes, 4 Buckley-group, Captain-class Frigates, 2 S-class Destroyers (HMS Saumarez and the Norwegian Destroyer HNoMS Stord), 2 Tribal-class Destroyers (HMCS Haida and HMCS Huron), Dido-class Light Anti-Aircraft Cruiser HMS Scylla of the main Dido-group and C-class Light Cruiser, Carlisle-group HMS Carlisle in her AA Cruiser Configuration to protect you against Air and Submarine threats. For larger Surface Threats, you will have a covering Force with the King George V-class Battleship HMS Duke of York, Leander-class Light Cruisers HMS Ajax and HMS Orion, Town-class Light Cruisers HMS Belfast (Edinburgh-group) and HMS Sheffield (Southampton-group), County-class Heavy Cruisers HMS Norfolk (Norfolk-group) and HMS London (London-group) with help by the American Atlantic Fleet being the South Dakota-class Battleship USS Alabama, New Orleans-class Heavy Cruiser USS Tuscaloosa, and the Gleaves-class Destroyers USS Eberle, USS Plunkett, USS Kearny, and USS Woolsey. The Luftwaffe has Two Airfields that are in prime position to Strike the Convoy en route to the Arctic, the Multiplayer Base with a Squadron of 12 Junkers Ju-88A4's, and O'Neil Airfield with a Squadron of Junkers Ju-87D "Stuka" Dive Bombers. The Kreigsmarine has sent a Wolfpack of 9 U-Boats (All of which are Type IXc U-Boats) to intercept You and have a field day at the Halfway point along the Arctic Railway line, straight South of the Entrance to the Arctic. You are to leave the Sawyer Islands South Terminal with the Escort Ships in the Early Morning hours of the Stormworks day, sail on a Course of 090 Degrees for about 10 minutes, turn to the East-Northeast on a Course of 075 Degrees for about 15 minutes, then head on a North-Northeast Course of 020 Degrees for about 20 minutes, then turn onto a heading of 350 Degrees towards the Arctic for the rest of the Journey. The Luftwaffe will have to Contend with the Anti-Aircraft fire from the Transports, Cruisers, Destroyers and Corvettes in order to press home their Attacks, be it Dive Bombing or Torpedo Bombing. The Allies win if more than Half the Convoy makes it to the Arctic, the Germans win if more than Half the Convoy goes down. Think you'll be up for this Challenge?
